Refund Policy for AutoProtect.io

At AutoProtect.io, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent escrow process for both buyers and sellers. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and our refund policy is designed to provide a fair solution in such cases. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed.

  1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

a. The milestone was not completed by the other party within the specified time frame.
b. The seller is unable to complete the milestone due to any reason.
c. You accidentally deposited funds into your account.

  1. Refund Restrictions

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

a. The user successfully completes a milestone and receives the required goods or services, confirming everything to be satisfactory.
b. The transaction has been marked as non-refundable after the 24-hour grace period following the completion of a milestone.

  1. Grace Period and Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about a completed milestone, you must raise a dispute within 24 hours after the milestone is marked as complete. Once this grace period has passed, the transaction will be considered non-refundable.

  1. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment:

a. Card: The refund will be credited to the original card used for the transaction.
b. Crypto: The refund will be returned to the originating wallet address, minus any applicable transaction fees.
c. PayPal: The refund will be credited to the original PayPal account used for the transaction.
d. Wire Transfer: The refund will be returned to the originating bank account, minus any applicable transaction fees.

Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment and your financial institution’s policies.

  1. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@autoprotect.io with the following information:

a. Your name and email address associated with your AutoProtect.io account. b. The transaction details, including the transaction ID and milestone description. c. The reason for requesting a refund.

Our support team will review your refund request and respond within 7 business days. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion, based on the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
